NK Fourplex

This in-progress project studies developing a multi-unit, multi-phase project on a North Portland lot that features both street and alley frontages. Phase one of the project, a fourplex with three units facing the street and one facing the alley, maximizes the current buildable area per code. To plan for further allowable infill density in the future, phase two envisions adding two more units facing the alley to complete the block.
