AAA Medford Service Center Remodel

This renovation and expansion of AAA’s Medford Service Center completely updated the original building both inside and out. The facility, originally constructed in 1978 and expanded in 1989, was completely transformed to improve employee and member experience and create a more significant presence for AAA in Medford

On the interior, the project completely reorganized the space to improve efficiency and flexibility and provide comprehensive updates to building systems, finishes, and fixtures. New spaces include a welcoming reception and travel store area, a state-of-the-art conference center, meeting rooms, and employee amenity spaces.

Exterior improvements address all of the building’s deferred maintenance and include new exterior windows, doors and cladding, as well as the creation of a new main entry. Site improvements include outdoor areas for employees, an entry plaza for member events and electric vehicle charging stations
