AAA Astoria

This renovation transformed a former bank building in downtown Astoria into a welcoming AAA Member Service Center. The project included the complete remodeling of the exterior and interior to create new reception, member service, and support spaces tailored to AAA’s operational needs. The renovation reconfigured the existing layout to improve circulation, visibility, and overall member experience. New service counter, waiting area, and staff workspaces were designed to accommodate both public interaction and team workflows. In addition to accommodating new programmatic requirements, the project revitalized the building’s exterior presence, enhancing street visibility and reinforcing AAA’s brand within the downtown context.
